GMO CANNABIS…WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

One thing ii can tell you for free, is that where there is smoke there is always fire and it’s not always an organic joint going down.

So my opinion is that the more they deny genetically modified Cannabis the more you can be certain they are definitely working towards this unfortunate development of greed.

There is an awful lot of talk about this subject yet everyone even the Dutch are denying anything to do with genetically modified Cannabis. But you can take a look at Patent number 909 5554 which is a 145 page document complete with charts, graphs and pages and pages of scientific terminology describing a range of hybrid Cannabis strains with unique ratios of Cannabinoids.

Here are some of the quotes from this patent:

“Relates to speciality Cannabis plants compositions and methods for making and using said Cannabis plants and compositions derived thereof,”

“There is a need for Cannabis varieties for potential medical use that produce modulated THC concentrations and varying concentrations of other pharmacologically active substances.”

There is no need to improve upon nature but there is a real need for scientists to accept the comprehension of how this plant really works.  This is not a medicine that you can ‘standardise’ in a laboratory and soon come patients and doctors will realise this.

It is very true that certain strains work better for certain conditions but this medicine needs to be consumed in its most natural unaltered state of creation in order to harness the Entourage Effect. Scientists believe that their activities will make Cannabis Medicine easier to prescribe and administer and of course to control.

 “There is also a need for healthier Cannabis for recreational use with reduced negative side effects of THC.  The inventions described herein meet that long-felt need.”

This patent was issued in 2013 and it seems certain to get messy when disputes start arising as to the intellectual property rights to Cannabis strains. It also seems certain that growers developing new strains will have to spend a lot of money on lawyers.

Good old Monsanto…we have already seen how they have moved to dominate the seed trade of other crops like soya and corn and who knows what else.

Edmund Groensch is a “Marijuana law specialist” for the Drug Policy Alliance and he admits that Monsanto’s involvement in Cannabis projects would definitely help pro-legalization in the US where people are still struggling with the Federal law system which criminalizes Cannabis even though under State Law it is legal. What a system!

So yes in America right now there are people who are pushing for GM Cannabis because they feel that a major player like Monsanto would bring the necessary confidence towards government and investors.

In America right now the small Cannabis growers admit that they are more afraid of Monsanto than of the risk of criminal prosecution and just having a quick glance over the MCC’s 30 page document pertaining to Cannabis growing here in South Africa well yes ii can see the same thing happening here.

There is no doubt that Cannabis has already become a commodity and ii have always said that you can never have enough Cannabis especially when you are making medicine from whole herbal plant material. Even in the Constitutional Court last week Tuesday the Chief Judge asked if 22 mg was enough for personal use and the court broke out in laughter.

So yea we will definitely eventually have our “Pick and Pay” or knowing South Africans it will be “Drive Thru” of Cannabis and this industry could end up looking like the beer industry where there are a few large players controlling mass production while the smaller players are the ones producing the high quality organic buds. It is interesting that Cannabis and Hops are close family relatives.

As far ii am concerned when man starts altering nature then it becomes genetically modified as it is done in a lab.  So ii can tell you that ii am not a fan of any genetically modified food and ii was disgusted to learn that the musician Bono was involved in distributing this poison into Africa let alone my beloved Ethiopia.

Many foods contain natural gene regulators and altering or modifying these can cause serious changes to the entire human genome.

It is an absolute crime against humanity to deny us access to be able to grow this plant in the sunshine as intended by nature.

Why is GM bad for humans?

The biggest problem with trying to alter nature is that you not only make the changes you want but you will also incur extra uncontrollable changes which are usually negative for example the creation of toxins which are potentially dangerous and even lethal.

So this is exactly what we are dealing with right now with the food situation.  Genetically modified corn produces all these toxins to kill off the insects but in the meantime these same toxins are causing massive disease amongst humans not to mention misery.

The thing is and there is a lot of evidence on the net about this which you can take a look at…these people are using an agrobacterium which is supposed to make the plant stronger, pest resilient and increase yield of course but what is happening is that this agrobacterium is actually skipping species and this is manifesting in the disturbing diseases we are seeing in humans everywhere in the world.

Do you really think it will be any different with Cannabis?

What was the first genetically modified plant?

They say that the first genetically engineered plant was developed in 1983 using a tobacco plant.  If you watch the 1978 version of The Secret Life of Plants and you look at the type of experiments these scientists were doing well, like with Cannabis ii suspect that they have been doing these modifications for much longer.

Since before the 70’s growers have been grafting Cannabis plants which then alters the genetics and effectively creates a 3^rd strain which will be genetically different from the parent plants.

So for me personally GMO Cannabis has been around for decades already and any plant grown under artificial light inside is also genetically modified it’s just not natural.

So the tobacco plant was used because these plants are easy to modify and yes they are a popular lab specimen, so it is no surprise that the very first approved genetically modified food was a tomato which is family of the tobacco plant.

The first time ii saw this picture ii immediately made the connection between these two big M’s. Malboro and Monsanto moving their heavy weight pieces around the chess board ready to move in on the Cannabis industry.

Of course they deny anything of this nature making Monsanto/Malboro Cannabis cigarettes an urban legend while we all know that these denials are lies.

In my personal life ii had to leave the rural lands because of the Monsanto product known as “Killo Max” which the South African Police spray over the Cannabis and food crops in the rural and ii have even seen them spraying while my people are standing in the fields they are wearing protective clothing but they were happy to just spray over people and animals.  It’s a true travesty honestly people in their huts are affected, the animals, goats, cows even the chickens and dogs are affected and all the food dies as well.

Bob Marley was not a fan of Babylon and yes for sure he would have wanted to see the herb freed but ii can never believe that he would have approved of Babylon taking over this herb and denying people the right to grow their own.

But Bob’s daughter Cedella Marley (who according to Bunny Wailer is actually Mortimo Planno's daughter) confirms the decision of the Marley Family Trust to step into the emerging legitimate Cannabis market and says she sees this as keeping in line with Bob’s long time advocacy for legalisation and social justice. The brand will be known as “Marley”. Dear JAH!

So the question is would you smoke GM Cannabis never mind make medicine from it?

People who support Monsanto reckon that Cannabis is already addictive so we should not worry about that. Well it is surely the same as saying that fruit is addictive and so in that case ii shall prefer to choose natural organically grown fruit and so too with my Cannabis which is my vital vegetable.

To be perfectly honest if that was all that was available ii would most certainly be an ex-smoker that’s for sure.

It is no lie that Monsanto will literally do anything and everything required to control the world population.  So yes those who control the media control the mind and those who control the food control the people and these people are all working together to further their agenda of world domination and population control. These seeds which these people produce ii refer to as the Seed of the beast because they are designed to not reseed. The biggest difference between the Creator and the beast is that the beast cannot create life and in this case they do so with intent for self- interest.

So Monsanto an agricultural company has also been operating in the pharmaceutical world with strong ties having been established for some time now. If it were not true that they intend to produce GM Cannabis then why are they secretly doing so much research on THC.

Some reports deny any involvement and other reports make arrogant statements like “our research is only at experimental stage.” Whatever!

Wherever you dig you find the same results…these people have quietly been planning their takeover of Medical and recreational Cannabis for decades already.

Why would the world want GM Cannabis?

Personally ii cannot imagine how GMO’s could enhance Cannabis with anything we need that advanced breeding techniques cannot achieve.  So GMO’s can make Cannabis that glows in the dark but ii really don’t think this is what we need.

Surely most people would want their Cannabis grown as naturally as possible and preferably out in the sunshine. So we must ask the question “What could be achieved by producing GM Cannabis?” and then “Who could afford to do this?”

You don’t need me to draw you a picture to explain that obviously we should first look to the pharmaceutical industry and certainly they can afford it.  Then we must look at people who control our seed banks and there you find Monsanto.

Perhaps they plan to grow huge trees that can yield insane amounts of bud. Perhaps they have plans to create perennial Cannabis ensuring years of harvest from the same plant.

Some people seriously believe that GM Cannabis can be better than the natural version…

There are people who look forward to smoking a plant that only produces THC…and even ii have heard high hopes of totally new species of plants which produce Cannabinoids like “THC kiwis or pears” for example. For over 5000 years we know that Cannabis is the only plant under the sun which produces THC.

Medically ii have always believed that GM Cannabis was heading towards selective Cannabinoid favouring production for example plants which only produce CBD or plants which produce zero THC…good luck with that…

At the end of the day the mother of the profit system is competition and pharmaceutical companies will soon have to convince the public that the benefits of their particular brand of Cannabis Medicine can’t be achieved with natural whole herbal or ‘normal’ Cannabis. Good Luck with that as well…

Some pharmaceutical companies may actually avoid this emerging market for fear it might cut into the profits of existing products. This ii seriously doubt because this industry is fast losing its grip as more and more people replace prescription drugs with Cannabis Medicine.

Personally ii believe the pharmaceutical companies will invest heavily to genetically engineer Cannabis strains that yield super high levels of the whole spectrum of Cannabinoid chemicals. They will do this through the likes of Monsanto.

A lot of people would argue that there is nothing wrong with experimenting by genetically manipulating Cannabis.  “Maybe it will lead to better understanding of lesser known Cannabinoids” they say. And other people will not be able to believe that a company would want to create poisonous Cannabis Medicine since surely this would defeat the purpose?  

Truly ii get extremely nervous when ii hear Monsanto has a new anything…and all ii can say is look at what they are doing to us right now look how many countries have banned these people from their lands even though they have already done enough damage for enough future generations to suffer from.

Looking to the future…

If we are going to allow GM Cannabis then we must realise that these people do not think small and they definitely will not stop at genetically modifying whole plants. We must realise that they are already thinking about pure Cannabinoid cell lines with high expression yields that can be grown in mini photo-bioreactors.

Eventually no pharmaceutical company will even want to deal with the plants when they can just simply do the work with cell cultures and have better control and produce purer products.

Indeed in the future no pharmaceutical company will need to grow the plants since we can now prove that since the 1960's scientists have successfully converted CBD (from Hemp) to Delta 9 THC.  This is a true story so you can see where we are heading in this industry.

The next step from cell cultures is synthetic biology and ii believe this science has not only been studied extensively but also executed for much longer than we can imagine.

It’s plain to see that the world has gone mad and that we are no longer in charge of our health and food supply. In fact we are mostly all too tired, too busy, too sick, too distracted, too lazy to even care where our food comes from.

Truly it is insane…if you look at the people who run Monsanto and then look at the people in government then you will see a lot of the same names and names of those who support the politicians. So this is how it is possible for these people to obtain patents on ‘illegal’ substances.

They are simply seeking to dominate the broadest budding market in the world and to control this market they need to make their products addictive.

GM Cannabis will be popular because of the higher concentrations of THC so dealers would be able to get more for the modified counterfeit Cannabis than the normal natural plant material. There will also be serious side effects with synthetic THC which acts as a FULL agonist of the CB1 Receptor whereas in nature in the whole herbal plant THC only acts as a partial agonist of this same receptor.  So this explains tachycardia, epilepsy, anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts and tendencies when consuming man-made Cannabis medicine.

Counterfeit Cannabis is what we can look forward to from these people and it will have serious side effects ii guess similar to street products such as K2 or spice.

We already know what these people are capable of and the terrible damage they have caused in virtually every corner of the world even the North Pole no one can escape their perilous poisons. 

Let’s keep our Zero Death Rate number in tact…

Already there is enough evidence of the failure of synthetic Cannabis Medicine where you can have a look at pages and pages of recall listings of Marinol, Sativex, Dronabinol and so on.  It is a blessing that no one has died from any of these products yet and one of the main reasons for the recall listings is that of suicidal thoughts and tendencies.

Our people must rise or fear that too much damage has already been done.
